Market data displayed across Arkenwell (including price quotes, option chains, and dealer positioning parameters) is provided strictly for your personal visual consumption within the app. You may not scrape, re-transmit, export, or commercially redistribute raw market data feeds.
2. Exchange Licensing & Classifications
Exchange market data (NSE, BSE, MCX) is subject to licensing terms. Users may be asked to declare whether they operate as Non-Professional (Retail) or Professional/Institutional users to ensure proper fee compliance.
3. Feed Delays & Latencies
Depending on subscription tier, market feeds may be served on a 15-minute delayed basis. Delays are clearly identified on terminal views.
